MALIBU PTA BYLAWS
The Malibu Elementary School PTA bylaws represent the most important legal document of our organization. They establish and protect the rights of our members. They represent the written contract between our membership and our elected officials, specifying what duties and responsibilities are assigned to each respective group. Our bylaws also link our association to Virginia PTA and National PTA by which we are chartered.
The proposed budget for the 2022-23 financial year will be presented to the membership for approval at our first general membership meeting in September.
The minutes linked below highlight the key issues that were discussed, the motions proposed or voted on, and provide an accurate record of what transpired at each executive committee and general membership meeting of the Malibu Elementary School PTA.
